New RRP rule
Just completed the EPA course for Renovations, Remodeling, and Painting yesterday. Having the Lead Abatement certificate for Contractors and another for Supervisors, this RRP is necessary for each individual state you reside. Not sure if this would, but would imagine could work for jobs in different states if the need ever arose. The RRP insures contractor working on a much smaller Lead Paint job would provide Lead Safe Work Practices providing containment and proper disposal of such material. The cost of this course here in Denver was $210.00. An additional $300.00 is required to EPA, having business listed as a certified RRP approved company. Will check on the ability to use this cert. in different states, and get back with answer.
The class was very informative, attending Interactive Occupational Training, IOT in Westminster CO.

Painting Contractor Eco Paint providing a full-service house painting company, utilizing the very best house painters Denver and Colorado has to offer. Painting Forum can also be found on Twitter and Eco Paint's videos at YouTube having over 30 years experience painting.
