Thanks Dave. Been pretty busy, but need to get back doing this asap. Recently tied up between painting of course, youtube videos, landing pages, updating site, and more painting, not enough hours in a day Have tons more shots on camera, need to download.

Before even considering doing an interior house painting job you should walk through the area to be painted with your customer. During this inspection point out any paint that is in places where paint doesn’t belong. Look at all of the carpet, tile, or natural wood floor to find any paint spots.

Good point, never want to be responsible for older paint drips. However, if I see something very obvious, I will point out. That could be kinda scary for some, but old paint is much harder, and sometimes a different color, which are two key points determining who's paint actually dripped. Before painting trim, and we see any previous runs, we sand them out, being better than before.

To have a thorough knowledge of painting in apartments one needs to be a professional and has to go the expertise skills specially when considering painting the interiors which i feel the the Eco painters do have..
