Workmanship Warranty

What workmanship warranty does your painting company offer? Starting back offering this in 93', we offered a 2 year workmanship warranty. Seeing competition increasing to 3, and then 4, we stayed abreast, however disagreeing with such longer terms.

Reason for not stepping up to a Seven (7) year workmanship warranty as some, it is not necessary. Workmanship warranty includes any omissions, holidays, cracking, bubbling, chipping, or peeling during this time, with no cost to client. It is my professional opinion that once a quality paint coating is applied properly, any contaminants will cause this blistering to take place within the very first year, going through all 4 seasons of weather. If paint coating lasts all 4, then it will last the duration of paint manufacture warranty, therefore not needing the increase in years of "Workmanship Warranty"
