1st. Decided to give information and answers to those having questions about house painting, by some of the most knowledgeable people in our painting industry.

2nd. Wanted to build a friendly community, giving a source to the Web, for painting contractors getting to know others across the country and world. Sharing some of our daily painting experiences, discussing painting issues affecting the painting industry as a whole, and so forth.

3rd. Improving the forum sector in the way of helping each and every paint contractor with his/her web presents. Giving the ability to have a place for blog links back to his/her sites. This will help inbound links, and give the ease for many to comment on any/all blogs.

Going a step further, improving the standard forum frame of mind, by allowing a 600 word character in signature, instead of the normal 200-250. The normal thought process of forums available today is having no more than 3 targeted keywords, hyper-linked back to your site or blog. More than that, many forum owners think this is spam. Well I disagree. The Big 3 Search Engines allow 10-15 keywords in a site's meta content, so therefore I highly think more than 3 keywords is a little ridiculous by any forum administrator.

So hope we all enjoy our time here, asking any questions, answering any of them, knowing for every comment, any site associated with the Painting Forum, receives an inbound link back to your site, while building authority in any Search Engine's eyes. Leaving this thread open for any/all comments you may have. ~Cal

Hey David, well paint jobs are the main thought here in Denver. Currently completing a metal handrail job, and an exterior in Littleton Colorado. How bout you?
